ON THE MOVE Josephine Rudkin-Binks, Daniela Ramirez Landcare Research’s carboNZero programme has made two senior appointments. Rudkin-Binks joins the fast growing team in Auckland as New Zealand sales manager. She was previously AUT The Conference Centre’s business development manager. Ramirez, most recently an international carbon consultant representative specialising in Latin America, becomes the carboNZero programmes business development manager, Chile.
Peter Lynn Tyndall Investment Management New Zealand has appointed Lynn as managing director. He replaces Greg Campbell, who has been appointed as managing director of The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company, a related company within the Suncorp Group. Lynn has been with Tyndall for nine years, most recently as head of strategy. (See feature page 44.)
Malcolm Souness WEL Networks has appointed an energy management engineer to help its customers improve energy usage. Souness, who managed his own energy consulting firm for six years, will concentrate initially on the company’s industrial clients in the manufacturing and food processing industries.
Paul Robinson A 3M New Zealand employee for more than 15 years, Robinson has been promoted to supply chain manager. He was most recently the company’s outsourcing and distribution manager.
Lloyd Davies, Alastair Cameron, Anita Miller, Simon Munday, Blake Cescon, Kelly Foley National law firm Buddle Findlay has strengthened its team with the appointment of six new senior associates. In Wellington, Davies joins the property team, Cameron will specialise in climate change law and emissions trading and Miller will advise on health law. In Christchurch, Cescon is a member of the local government and banking teams, and Foley will specialise in commercial litigation. And in Auckland, Munday will specialise in real estate.
René de Monchy As part of its international succession planning strategy, de Monchy has returned to DB Breweries as marketing manager after nearly four years working for Heineken International. He was most recently Heineken marketing manager Western Europe based in Amsterdam. He now reports to DB’s general manager of marketing, Clare Morgan.
Gemma Mayes Joining Buddle Findlay’s Auckland office as a senior solicitor in the litigation team, Mayes will specialise in employment law and corporate immigration. She was most recently at an Auckland-based boutique employment law firm.
Nick Saisanas TomTom has appointed Saisanas as marketing communications manager, with responsibility for managing and implementing TomTom’s communication and channel marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
